HOW IT WORKS—

Step One: Getting in Touch

The very first step towards making your events perfect beverage service dreams come true, is to hit the button below to get in touch with our team! (We can't wait for you to tell us about your event!) sparing no details, you can give us the lowdown, and You can even schedule a call with us to discuss the specifics of your ideal beverage experience.

Step Two: Brochure/Proposal

Based on the information you provide in your inquiry and/or phone consultation, we’ll assemble a package & pricing menu for you to review.

Step Three: Contract & Deposit

Once you are 100% happy with our proposal and are getting excited about booking the beverage experience of your dreams, you’ll sign the agreement and pay a 50% deposit. After you’ve done these two things your date will officially be reserved!

Step Four: Event Questionnaire

About 60 - 90 days before your event (or less if you book closer to your date) we will send an event questionnaire that allows us to confirm finalized event details. This Questionnaire will also help us collect cocktail preferences if you've booked a cocktail package, and we will use these details to create the perfect cocktail tasting for you and your party planning committee!

Step Five: Tasting Consultation

All of our craft cocktail packages require an in-person tasting and pre-event consultation. 72 hours before the big event, but! Don't worry! (We promise it's the best part!) Packages without cocktails can choose to do an optional beer/wine tasting. Or skip the tasting and just do the pre-event consultation. The consultation is where we finalize details, align expectations. clarify any last questions, and finally get to see each other face to face.

Step Six: Event Execution

We will show up 3 hours before beverage service is set to begin, so that we can get the lay of the land, and be fully set up. Then, come show time, we will serve you and your guests the beverage experience you had only ever dreamed of. (yup, we really do make it that easy!)
